By using SkyDrill (the "Site"), operated by Shikakumon, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Educational use only

The Site provides original practice questions for study purposes. It does not provide flight instruction, maintenance instruction, legal advice, or any endorsement required by 14 CFR. Passing questions on this Site does not guarantee any result on an FAA knowledge test.

2. Accuracy

Content is prepared with care from public FAA source documents, but regulations and handbooks change and errors are possible. The Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for verifying any information against current official sources.

3. No affiliation

SkyDrill is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Federal Aviation Administration or any testing center. Government document titles and regulation numbers are used descriptively.

4. Intellectual property

The practice questions, explanations, and site design are the property of Shikakumon. You may use them for personal study. You may not scrape, republish, or redistribute the question bank, in whole or in part, without written permission. Quotations from U.S. government works remain in the public domain.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shikakumon is not liable for any damages arising from use of or reliance on the Site.

These terms may be updated; the date above reflects the current version.
